Additional Director (Engineering Works)
Applicants should have a BE/BSc in Civil Engineering with PEC Registered Professional Engineer status. A minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience is required in construction, project execution, technical sanction, infrastructure development, and project administration. Experience in BS-18 or an equivalent position in the government or public sector is required. Knowledge of Planning Commission Guidelines, PPRA, PIDIC, and project management tools will be preferred. The maximum age is 55 years.
Deputy Director (Design & Planning)
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban/City Planning, or Civil Engineering with PCATP or PEC registration where applicable. At least 8 years of relevant experience in planning, design, PC-I preparation, BOQs, cost estimation, and housing or infrastructure projects is required. The age limit is 40 years.
Deputy Director (Contracts & Procurement)
Applicants should have 16 years of education in Civil Engineering, Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Supply Chain Management. A minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in procurement, contract administration, tendering, and PPRA Rules is required. Knowledge of FIDIC will be preferred. Maximum age is 40 years.
Assistant Director (Design & Planning)
Candidates should have a BE/BSc in Civil Engineering or a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Urban Planning. They must possess at least 5 years of experience in planning, design, BOQs, estimates, and PC-I preparation. The maximum age limit is 35 years.
Assistant Director (Engineering Works)
